Assicurati di inserire le misure del tuo cane nel campo NOTE al momento del pagamento così da mandarti le taglie corrette (circonferenza collo, circonferenza petto e lunghezza dal collo alla base della coda).
Lo SCOOP non può essere reso, ne può essere cambiato se non nella taglia. Il costo del cambio sarà sempre a carico del cliente, in quanto, se le misure del cane vengono inserite correttamente, non vi possono essere problemi di taglia. Se hai già acquistato da noi, non ti manderemo un doppione.
